If the tip is used, the oil should be changed once half a year or once a year according to the working conditions. When changing the oil, the oil tank shall be cleaned, and then new oil shall be injected into the oil tank through the oil filter with the hole diameter less than 0.125mm; Oil pipe shall be soaked in oil for 24h to generate inactive film before use; The disassembly and assembly components must be cleaned to prevent dirt from falling into them; In case of serious oil pollution, find out the cause and eliminate it in time;

When the oil temperature is higher than 60 °, pay attention to the working condition of the system. If the oil temperature is too high, the internal leakage of the hydraulic system will increase, the stability will become worse, and even the machining accuracy of the host will be affected;
⑤ Air shall be prevented from entering the system. Air entering the system will affect the stability of the actuating element and cause vibration and noise of the system;
⑥ For equipment that has been shut down for more than 4h, the hydraulic pump shall be operated with no load for 5min before starting the actuating element;
