Hydraulic press maintenance instruction

Daily maintenance
1. Maintenance before and after each shift
2. Before shift:
A. Check whether the master cylinder anti falling lock is locked. The following operations can only be carried out when it is locked
B. Wipe the dust on the guide rail and check the lubricating oil capacity of the guide rail
C. Walk around the equipment and check whether the fixing bolts deviate from the marked area. If there is any deviation, stop the machine immediately (especially the bolts of the liquid filling valve and the connecting bolts of the master cylinder)
D. Whether there are sundries and tools on the worktable, if any, please clean them before operation
E. Test run, check and adjust whether the operating system is flexible and reliable
F. Check whether each emergency stop switch, travel switch and limit switch are safe and reliable
G. Check the hydraulic system for leakage, and eliminate it immediately if any
3. After shift:
A. Clean the dirt in the working area of the hydraulic press and wipe the surface of the working area
B. All parts of the equipment shall be returned to their original positions to ensure that the safety lock locks the master cylinder
C. Please clean the lubricating oil sump

First level maintenance
1. The first level maintenance shall be carried out after the machine tool has been running for 400 hours, mainly with the help of operators and maintenance workers.
2. Check whether the master cylinder anti falling lock is locked. The following operations can only be carried out when it is locked
3. First cut off the power supply and then carry out maintenance (see the table below).

4	an electric appliance	Wipe the electric box without dust and oil stain Check whether the circuit is complete, the hose protection connection is reliable and the performance is good Check whether each travel switch acts flexibly and reliably Whether the safety door and safety lock are complete and easy to use, and whether the foot switch and two hand button are intact, safe and reliable Check and fasten the neutral connection device

Secondary maintenance
1. The first level maintenance shall be carried out after the machine tool runs for 4000 hours, mainly by maintenance workers, with the cooperation of operators. In addition to the requirements of Level I maintenance, the following work shall be done well, and the vulnerable parts shall be mapped and spare parts shall be proposed.
2. Check whether the master cylinder anti falling lock is locked. The following operations can only be carried out when it is locked
3. First cut off the power supply and then carry out maintenance (see the table below).
