1. Inaccurate pressure measurement

(1) The damping hole is blocked, and the pointer of the pressure gauge jumps violently
(2) The damping hole is adjusted too much, and the pointer of the pressure gauge swings slowly

(1) Cleaning or oil change
(2) Proper adjustment of damping

2. Increased internal leakage

The valve port is too worn to be closed strictly, or the sealing surface is too worn, the clearance increases, and the internal leakage increases, so that the pressure at each measuring point is connected with each other

Repair or replace worn parts

3. Increased external permeability

(1) Poor sealing at the pressure gauge interface
(2) Failure of the sealing ring at the mounting surface of the pressure surface of the plate connection

(1) Refill the sealing material
(2) Replace the seal
